Our Story
J&C started the way most great things do — out of necessity and grit. In 2021, at the height of the post-pandemic recovery, Camille Joy and Jayrald Dela Cruz opened a small backyard welding shop to rebuild their livelihood after both made major career changes.
Camille, formerly with ABS-CBN, was laid off during the pandemic. Rather than wait, she pivoted — taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer and running the business side of the operation. Jayrald brought years of hands-on experience as a machine operator in Cavite, stepping in as CEO and leading production on the floor. What started as basic custom furniture for residential clients grew steadily as demand increased.
In 2023, the business was formally incorporated as J&C Fabrication Inc. — marking the shift from a small family operation to a structured company. That same year, Carlo Dela Cruz joined as Sales and Marketing Director, bringing sales expertise and strategic direction to drive expansion across Luzon.
Today, J&C Fabrication offers ergonomic chairs, modular office tables and cabinets, steel-wood furniture, and customized workspace solutions — all built in-house, all built to last.
